- UAE + selected countries (availability, live rates & ETA shown at checkout).
- Mon–Fri. Cutoff 2:00 PM GST → orders before cutoff ship same day. Standard only.
- AED 20 (free ≥ AED 300). 1–3 business days to cities; 2–4 to remote. Physical address + UAE mobile required (no PO boxes/lockers).
- Live courier rates; duties/taxes extra unless stated. No COD. Customs/ID may be required.
- Emailed on dispatch. Multi-item orders may ship separately.
- Window: 14 days from delivery (eligible destinations only).
- Condition: Unused/unworn/unaltered, original packaging & tags intact. Indoor try-on only. Sets/bundles returned complete.
- Not Eligible: Final sale/clearance, gift cards/store credit, items outside 14 days or not meeting condition.
- Exchanges: 1 per line item within 14 days; pay any price difference.
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: Report within 48h with photos + AWB; we arrange pickup and replace (or refund if unavailable).
- Fees: UAE exchange pickup free. UAE refunds: AED 20 deducted. International: customer pays return shipping + any duties/taxes. Refused/uncleared customs treated as returns with deductions.
- Refunds: To original payment after QC (bank posting 5–10 business days). Shipping/gift wrap/duties/taxes non-refundable unless our error/confirmed defect.
- Warranty: 1-year manufacturing defects. Bases: optional lifetime warranty add-on AED 99 (exchange under program terms).
- Complimentary Bag/Gifts: Return with full-order returns; if kept, we deduct the item’s standalone price.

with order #, item(s), and reason. We’ll confirm eligibility, schedule UAE pickup or share international instructions, then email confirmation after processing. - Abuse/Security: We may refuse returns or close accounts for misuse/fraud.
- AED 99 per Base (non-transferable; fee non-refundable).
- Manufacturing/material failure affecting Base function under normal use.
- Like-for-like exchange (same model/size; closest color if original unavailable).
- Original purchaser; Base bought from solemate.ae or an authorized partner. Buy at checkout or within 14 days of Base purchase. Coverage starts from Base purchase date.
- Up to 2 approved exchanges per rolling 12 months per covered Base; up to 10 total over the Base’s lifetime.
- UAE AED 30 delivery + processing per approved exchange. International—customer pays shipping/duties/taxes (quoted before you proceed).
- Cosmetic wear, misuse/impact/heat/water/chemical damage, non-Sole Mate tops or mismatched sizes, third-party alterations/repairs, commercial/rental use, loss/theft, and all non-Base components.
- Email info@solemate.ae with order #, Base model/size/SKU, photos or short video, and a brief description. Inspection may be required. False/altered info voids coverage.
- Replacement may be new or refurbished; carries the remaining coverage balance. Caps/windows do not reset. No cash refunds or store credit.
- Use matching-size Sole Mate Tops, attach/detach correctly, confirm full engagement before wear, stop use if damage appears, follow care guidance.
- Add-on sits alongside the 1-year limited warranty; UAE statutory rights apply where stronger.
- Terms may change for future purchases; the version accepted at purchase governs your coverage.
Sole Mate sandals are designed for an easy, true-to-size fit. Choose your usual EU size. If you’re between sizes, have wider feet, or want a roomier fit, size up.

For customers who like their sandals a bit loose, we offer Top 39W (Wide). It keeps the same length but provides more width/volume across the upper for a relaxed fit.
